This increasingly popular approach to executing a construction project
places one entity in the position of both Designer and Builder rather than separate entities providing those services as in the more traditional Design-Bid-Build method. Essentially, with this method, the client communicates its vision and goals which PWB designs to industry specs and plans and according to budget then subsequently builds it to completion, providing a seamless one-stop-shop type scenario.
