This more traditional, yet still very common approach to building projects
Separates the design and building phases of the project between distinct entities. A design firm or architect (we can offer referrals to qualified firms) provides plans directly to the owner who then hires PWB to execute those plans and build out to completion. PWB plays well with others! We are very comfortable with and experienced in playing this role and pride ourselves on creating solid work relationships and maintaining excellent communication with the designer and owner, offering insight and support where needed while respecting the boundaries of our role and serving the end goal of our client’s complete satisfaction.
