4 BEQ renovation projects for Naval and Dir Force bases, Airforce and Marine Corp, including design and renovation of a 40,000 sq/ft, 3 story Bachelor’s Enlisted Quarters, conversion of quarters to studio type units, structural upgrades to balconies, the complete renovation of bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas and administrative offices and the regrading of the site with new hardscape and landscape. Our experience with renovating BEQ’s has made us extremely knowledgeable in creating comfortable, yet durable, multi-living facilities for personnel away from home. The BEQ renovation projects have included renovation of fire life safety systems, new HVAC, plumbing, electrical, data and communication systems, site work and extensive structural upgrades to comply with current seismic codes and anti-terrorism force protection requirements.
