Design and construction of a new administration building, dog kennel and training facility in Guam for the Military Working Dogs. The buildings were constructed of pre-cast concrete wall and roof panels with an exterior EFS system and built to withstand typhoon force winds of up to 190 MPH. The kennel building was built to house ten dogs, the administration building was built adjacent to the kennel building and provided offices for the dog handlers and their support staff, and veterinarian facilities. The Military Working Dog facility was designed and built to obtain LEED gold certification.
