Tammy has worked for Pacific West Builders for more than 22 years. She is qualified and well trained for her role as Office Manager, for which she undertakes a variety of duties including general accounting, supply management, and human resources. She has earned the trust and respect of the company president and often acts as executive assistant to her. There is little that escapes her notice in her role as Office Manager and she excels at keeping the office and staff running smoothly, ensuring prompt processing of payroll, administration of the company health insurance plan, and overseeing the performance of the outside IT firm the company uses.
