Patricia Romero, the company President, has worked for over 40 years in the construction industry. Pacific West Builders was founded 39 years ago in 1982 as a partnership between Ms. Romero and her husband. Her husband passed away in 1998 and Ms. Romero assumed full control of the operations of Pacific West Builders. She has built the firm from a small residential contracting firm to one that routinely prosecutes more than $20 million in annual revenue with projects ranging from residential in the private arena to commercial and light industrial for the government, primarily on military facilities. The company’s focus area of operations is the Western Region of the United States, but the firm has also performed projects as far away as Guam.
